k0/bgpwtf: backport nixpkgs bump from gerrit/704, fix build, deploy to machines
Description
Over in https://gerrit.hackerspace.pl/c/hscloud/+/704 we tentatively bump nixpkgs for unrelated reasons.
We should split this bump off and fix the resulting Nix build issues, and deploy the NixOS changes to prod machines.

Now looking at production deploys of k0/edge01.waw.

Deployed to k0 machines, also upgraded to containerd from dockershim (see https://issues.hackerspace.pl/issues/11).
Now working on pushing out changes to Gerrit.
