inventory: dropdown inline search (eg. selecting item parent) doesn't return anything

Description
When trying to find another item to select as an item parent when adding/modifying an item, the dropdown search never shows any results.
- Status changed from Assigned to Accepted
- Status changed from Accepted to Resolved
- Assignee changed from palid to nicariim
ar nicariim have a look if the issues are resolved properly now, there were some permissions issues.
